The Court has directed that no additional FIRs be registered concerning this matter and has stayed his arrest in existing cases, provided he cooperates with ongoing investigations. Additionally, Allahbadia has been advised to surrender his passport to the Thane police and is prohibited from leaving the country without the Court’s permission.
